The Renewable Energy Institute (REI) proudly supports award at the Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency Awards 2014

The Renewable Energy Awards ceremony was attended by over 300 of the industry’s leading figures and took place on 26th September at the Kensington Roof Gardens in London.

The Renewable Energy Awards were hosted this year by A&D Publishing, the publishers of Renewable Energy Installer magazine. The REI shares a strong partnership with REI magazine through its commitment to promote best practice in Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency Education.

The Director of the REI, Paolo Buoni, who presented the award for Residential Retrofit Project of the year during the ceremony, said the following: “The REI is proud to support the Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency Awards 2014 and to celebrate the impressive achievements of the winners and all of the nominees over the past year.”

Paul Stephen, editor of REI, spoke on behalf of the panel: “We were inspired by the number of outstanding entries and the process of selecting our shortlist and winners was a challenging one. My congratulations go to all this year’s winners who so ably demonstrated the strength and depth of talent this sector has to offer.”

The 2014 judging panel reviewed an unprecedented quantity of entries and the quality of entries was extremely high.
