Renewables: A Key Driver for Clean Energy Transition. A Solar Energy Workshop
The Renewable Energy Institute (REI) was pleased to act as a leading partner at the Kuwait Government’s workshop, which was organised with the objective to forge partnerships between the EU and the Gulf, inviting high-level stakeholders from the EU (European Union) and the GCC (Gulf Cooperation Council). Leading global experts discussed the latest developments in Solar Energy technologies and the options which are suitable for the Gulf region, to disseminate exchange best practices and ultimately to encourage collaboration and mutual benefits between EU and GCC actors. The REI acted as an important workshop partner and Professor Aymeric Girard, one of the REI’s leading experts, was invited to speak regarding his expertise in Solar Energy, and take part in panel discussion sessions.
“We were honoured to be invited to act as a conference partner to this important workshop, which will bring together best practices from the Solar Industry in the EU and the Gulf.” – Paolo Buoni, Renewable Energy Institute (REI) director
